Here at Rack Pack Comics, we know where we’re going.
Rack Pack Comics Podcast is a talk show highlighting, and commenting on, recent comic book news. Jim White, Allan Dempsey and Justin Pegg bring the best out of this culture with information and satire. The general atmosphere for the show varies from highly analytical to preposterous. Jim, Allan and Justin form an ensemble of different views and opinions, which leads to varied viewpoints and leaves the listener to make of it what they will…

Justin Pegg:
Hailing from Parts Unknown, Justin got into comics with the introduction of Kid N Play to the Marvel Universe. Some say he was not born, but just appeared during the filming of the Jefferson Starship “We Built This City” music video. He can be called a Marvel Zombie, but loves to dabble in Vertigo and crime noir books galore.
He aspires to one day man-shake Kevin Sorbo. Oh, wait . . . he already did that. He aspires to direct the movie remake of the television show “Hey Dude”.
Justin is an avid fan of film and the comics medium. He enjoys classy music, and if he could meet one person, it would be John Wayne. If you meet Justin in person, do not, whatever you do, say the word ”croatoa” to him. It would equal bad times.

Jim White:
Not much can be said about Jim, other than we are pretty sure that it is not his real name. It is rumored that he is hiding out in Florida from the mob in NY because of a botched hit by his cousin, Jimmy da’ Ash.
Jim’s love of comics started with the Flash television show, that lead him directly to the Flash comic series, which spawned a love of Spider-Man, then exploded to almost every title available. At one point his colection boasted near-full runs of Amazing Spider-man, Captain America, Iron Man, Uncanny X-men, JLA, and Flash. He was very much ahead of the curve in moving to collected editions; by 2000 he had amased over 1,000 trades.
Dwelling on the future, Jim looks forward to the digitization of comics and a full color tablet or e-reader to take full advantage of the fledgling form of comics so that he can have his collection on him any time and any place.

Allan Dempsey:
Former lead singer of a band, one-time editor of a fanzine, and current stand-up comedian, Allan Dempsey is no stranger to performance and creativity. His unhealthy comic book obsession began at the age of eight with Jim Starlin’s Batman and the Grant Morrison/Chas Truog run of Animal Man. When he’s not reading or talking about comics, he spends time battling vampires and oppressive self-loathing. He likes long walks on the beach and romantic dinners, and he once punched himself in the face while he was drunk.

Omar Bouras:
Omar is a man of few words and many ideas. Some people liken him to that of a human computer, potentially attached to some form of mainframe at birth, mysteries abound.
